Janis Turner
Licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and serving from South County to the South Shore, Janis' 11 years in the real estate industry and nearly half a decade as a broker give her a top-to-bottom understanding of the business. As a consumer product marketing manager for exterior building products, she worked with top U.S. new construction home builders, including Pulte Homes, Toll Brothers, Ryan Homes, and others, giving her a whole-house knowledge base that helps her anticipate your needs.
 
Whether you're a first-time buyer, savvy investor, considering new construction, or just looking for a change, you'll have a great experience with her as your advocate and advisor in the process of buying and selling real estate. Janis will open up RPL's array of in-house services to make your experience speedy and successful. She is a current resident of Narragansett Pier, where she spent childhood summers as a native of Milford, MA and South Burlington, VT.
 
Janis loves everything about our miles of beautiful coast, from the glittering beaches and fishing to our bike paths, artisans, and seafood. When not strategizing with clients, she's making new memories with family and friends. She is the mother of a son, Mathewson Turner, and stays active with South County Boot Camp and Ocean State Pickleball. She also squeezes in occasional "me time" with her spa and dining membership at the Preserve Sporting Club and Residences in Wyoming, RI.
